About us
We are a friendly and ambitious full symphony orchestra playing concerts at venues across Cornwall. We rehearse in Truro on a Monday evening but attract players from all over Cornwall. Our concerts range from full symphonies and concertos with professional soloists through to our family concerts to encourage the next generation of players. We also run other events to encourage and develop the performance of classical music across Cornwall.

We are always open to new players and are particularly looking to expand our string sections. We also have places for orchestral trumpet and trombone players. Players come from a wide variety of musical backgrounds so please get in touch if you are interested in joining us. An audition is NOT required and we believe the orchestra is friendly, open and supportive.
