Family Concert – Music from the Movies

The Cornwall Concert Orchestra is holding its second annual Family Concert from 3pm – 4pm on Saturday 5th November at Truro Methodist Church. The concert will feature pieces to appeal to a young/family audience from a wide range of movies including Harry Potter, Star Wars, Jungle Book and The Sorcerer’s Apprentice from Disney’s Fantasia.

We hope that this would provide an easy and accessible opportunity for young people to experience the sights, sounds and excitement of great music being played live by a full orchestra.

There is also the opportunity for young people to have the experience of playing with the orchestra for some of the concert. If you are at Grade 1 – 2 and don’t play with a regular music group please get in touch via email or Facebook and you may be able to join in to play James Bond and Star Wars.
